This dress is USED but in very good condition. It is 100% Polyester. Top layer of material from the waist down is a lace/netted type material which gives the dress a flowing look. White roses with green petals are pinned to this material. Also a row of white roses with green petals are used to divide top from bottom in the front of the dress.
